"Google Sheets" app helps you to save your form response in your desired sheet as per the mapping

SETTING UP GOOGLE Sheet

  • Provide a name to your service
  • Select Google Spreadsheet from list of applications
  • Save Data Into Sheet
  1. Choose the Spreadsheet
  2. Choose the exact sheet from the list of sheets to store the data
  3. Choosing the tab will bring you the list of headers as the app fields
  4. Using the app fields you can map it with that of the form fields

Note: Choosing the Sheet will bring up all of your headers which are in the first row of your sheet as the app fields

SETUP MAPPING

  • Mapping of form fields to that of app fields is to be done in order to save your form data in to spreadsheet
  • Click on the add icon to add new mapping
  • Once you have done mapping you can save the service
  • Note : Mapping should be done between app field and form field of same type.
