How to integrate your Google Form with Copper?
You can integrate Google Forms with Copper using Form Director. Form Director enables you to connect Google Forms with Copper, allowing you to create Lead, People, Companies, Opportunities, Projects, Tasks based on form responses.Â
When a user submits a Google Form, the responses are automatically sent to Copper, where Lead, People, Companies, Opportunities, Projects, Tasks are created accordingly.
What is Form Director?
Form Director is a Google Workspace add-on that directs data submitted from Google Forms to applications like Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Email, Trello, Slack, QuickBooks etc.
Installation:
It is available in the Google workspace Marketplace.Â

Choose Services
Choose Copper from the list of apps.
Name your service.
Choose the available services
Create Record
Update Record
Configuring Copper
Mention the required API Key.
Mention your Copper email.
After mentioning the key and email, Click Check to connect to Copper.
How to get API key and Copper email?
Login to Copper.
Click on the profile icon.
Click on settings.
In settings click on API Integrations.
Your API key will be visible. You can copy it and use it during Form Director configuration.
Click on Generate API Key to generate a new API key.
Your Copper email will be displayed below the creator name.
Mention your API key.
Mention your copper email.
Mention the API key and email, Click Check to connect to Copper.
Select the required entity.
Service 1: Create Record
Choose Copper from the list of apps
Name your service
Choose Create under services
Mapping
Mapping of form fields to that of app fields is to be done in order to create contact with your form data.
Click on the add icon to add new mapping
Once you have done mapping you can save the service
Note : Mapping should be done between app field and form field of same type.Â
Notification
Notify your audience with success or error notifications.
Switch on Send Email to send email during execution.
Email Template
Send your own customized emails on form submission to your audience.
Attachment
Click Pick Drive Files to attach files to Email.
Add attachments from previous service results.
Select the required service result.
Finish setting up
Save your service.
You are all set to create people on your Google Form submission.

Service 2: Update Record
Mention the service name.
Select the application as "Copper".
Select the service as "Update Records".
Authenticate with Copper.
Select the required entity.
Mapping
Click Setup Mapping and setup the mapping.
Mapping of form fields to that of app fields is to be done in order to create items on form submission.
Click on the add icon to add new mapping
Once you have done mapping you can save the service
