Google Forms + Pipedrive Integration
Create Contacts, Leads, Deals, Organization in Pipedrive on Google Form Submission
You can integrate Google Forms with Pipedrive using Form Director. Form Director enables you to connect Google Forms with Pipedrive, allowing you to create Contacts, Leads, Deals, Organization based on form responses.Â
When a user submits a Google Form, the responses are automatically sent to Pipedrive, where Contacts, Leads, Deals, Organization are created accordingly.
Form Director is a Google Workspace add-on that directs data submitted from Google Forms to applications like Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Email, Trello, Slack, QuickBooks etc.
Installation:
It is available in the Google workspace Marketplace.Â
Please check installation instructions to install the add-on.
Pipedrive is a CRM solution that also works as an account-management tool with the ability to assist with marketing and the entire sales process. Pipedrive's proactive nature automatically tracks and organizes calls and emails and synchronizes schedules across devices.Â
Name your service.
Choose Pipedrive from the list of Applications.
Choose Create Person under services.
There are two ways by which you can authenticate with Pipedrive
API token
OAuth
Log into your Pipedrive account.
From the top right of your Pipedrive dashboard page, click on your name/icon, then click on Personal Preferences.
Click on the API section.
You can find your API key there.
Click Generate new tokens to generate a new API key.
Copy the API key and paste it into the text box.
Mention your API key.
Click on Connect to connect with Pipedrive.
Mapping of form fields to that of app fields is to be done in order to create contact with your form data.
Click on the add icon to add new mapping
Once you have done mapping you can save the service
Note : Mapping should be done between app field and form field of same type.Â
Notify your audience with success or error notifications.
Switch on Send Email to send email during execution.
Send your own customized emails on form submission to your audience.
Click Pick Drive Files to attach files to Email.
Add attachments from previous service results.
Select the required service result.
Save your service.
You are all set to create contacts on your Google Form submission.
Submit Google Form
Your contacts will be created.
Mention the service name.
Select the application as "Pipedrive".
Select the "Update" service.
Authenticate with Pipedrive.
Select the required entity.
Select the update field.
Mapping of form fields to that of app fields is to be done in order to update contact with your form data.
Click on the add icon to add new mapping
Once you have done mapping, you can save the service

Your lead will be created.
