You can integrate Google Forms with Active Campaign using Form Director. Form Director enables you to connect Google Forms with Active Campaign, allowing you to create contacts based on form responses. 


When a user submits a Google Form, the responses are automatically sent to Active Campaign, where contacts are created accordingly.
