What is Form Director?
Form Director is a G Suite add-on that directs data submitted from Google Forms to applications like Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Email, Trello, Slack, QuickBooks etc.
It is available in the G Suite Marketplace and Chrome Web Store. Please check installation instructions to install the add-on.

Clio is a cloud-based legal practice management solution suitable for small to large law firms. The platform enables legal firms to track important deadlines, manage cases and documents and bill and collect from clients.
Google Forms to Clio: Use Case(s)
> create contact on Google Form Submission
create contact on Form submission
- Choose Clio from the list of apps
- Name your service
- Choose Create Contact under services
Configure Clio by clicking Connect to Clio and signup with Clio.
Steps for mapping from field with Clio fields
- Click on setup mapping
- Choose the form field
- choose the app field
- click save
Finish setting up
- Save service
You are all set to create Contact on your Google Form submission
