How do I reprocess my old form responses?
It is possible to reprocess your old form responses and can run your configured services for that particular response.
Click on Menu icon, from the list of menu click Tools.
Click Responses Manager to resubmit your responses.
Navigate through the responses and choose the responses that you need to reprocess and click on Reprocess
Choose the Services that you need to reprocess
All active Services will select all the services which are active
You can choose your own services by clicking on Only selected services
Click on Re Process Now to Reprocess your selected form responses
Now, your Old response will get Reprocessed to the selected service
Check your service execution status inside the Reprocess Result Dashboard
