Google Forms + Webex by Cisco Integration
Create meetings/ Add registrants / Send messages in Webex by Cisco on Google Form Submission.
You can integrate Google Forms with Webex using Form Director. Form Director enables you to connect Google Forms with Webex, allowing you to create meetings/ Add registrants / Send messages based on form responses.Â
When a user submits a Google Form, the responses are automatically sent to Webex, where meetings/ registrants are created accordingly.
Form Director is a Google Workspace add-on that directs data submitted from Google Forms to applications like Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Email, Trello, Slack, QuickBooks, etc.
Installation:
It is available in the Google workspace Marketplace.Â
Please check installation instructions to install the add-on.
Webex by Cisco is a video conferencing and collaboration product suite.Â
Webex by Cisco products provide capabilities including online meetings, team messaging, and file sharing.Â
> Create meetings in Webex on Google form submit.
> Add registrants to Webex meetings, and conferences on Google form submit.
> Send messages to Webex rooms on Google form submit.
Name your service.
Choose Webex from the list of Applications.
Choose a service under services.
Configure Form Director with your Webex account
Click on Connect.
Mention your login credentials.
Click on Accept.
Verify with Webex (beta) is connected.
Mapping of form fields to that of app fields is to be done in order to create meetings using the form data.
Click on the setup/edit mapping.
Once you have done mapping you can save the service
Note: Mapping should be done between the app field and the form field of the same type.Â
Notify your audience with success or error notifications.
Switch on Send Email to send an email during execution.
Send your own customized emails on form submission to your audience.
Select the attachment to the email from the file upload in Google Forms.
Click Pick Drive Files to attach files to the Email.
Save service
You are all set to create the meeting in Webex on your Google Form submission.
Submit the Google Form.Â
This Form Submission executes your service in your configured Webex account.
Check the upcoming event created in Webex.
Click on the upcoming meeting and view the details of the meeting.
Mention the service name.
Select the application as "Webex".
Select the service as "Add a meeting registrant".
Authenticate with Webex.
Click Setup Mapping and setup the mapping.

Once you have done mapping you can save the service
