In the Form Director 'Home' page, you can see the Form Director Dashboard feature.
Click on the Open Dashboard button, it will navigate to the Form Director dashboard page.
Click on the 'Get Started' button.
Proceed with Google Sign-in.
Once after sign in, you will see all the forms where you configured Form Director.
On each form, you can see the number of services configured, the owner of the form, last modified date.
You can view the form.
You can also check the details of Pricing, Your account
Note: If any of your forms are not listed here, open the Google Form separately and load the Form Director add-on. Then the form will get listed in the dashboard.
